Our company was formed to provide innovative, impeccable service to our clients, by our team of professional "Travel Artists", who have a passion for travel. Our team travels the globe extensively to bring our clients first hand knowledge of the up and coming destinations, "Hot" new hotels and ships, local restaurants, neighborhood hang-outs, bars, pubs, best beaches, and the places to be seen or not to be seen. We pride ourselves in bringing you extraordinary experiences, anywhere you choose to go.
Our services go beyond that of the internet based travel consultants or even the typical travel agency, because of our skill and expertise in planning. If you have lots of questions and/or a complex trip to plan, or if you're a first-time traveler and are not sure where to begin, consider a personalized, in-depth trip consultation with one of our experienced advisors. Our team has helped travelers put together great itineraries tailored to their special interests, budgets, and time constraints.
We specialize in customized travel itineraries, offering personalized, and unique experiences for each client.
THE OPTIONS
1. The Coach
Our Coaching service was created for the traveler that enjoys planning and booking their own travel but is overwhelmed with information after reading guidebooks and searching online. They don’t want full service planning, just solid tailored recommendations and they can take it from there.
First, coaching can be done in person or over email and is done over 7 days. It is scheduled when mutually convenient. The initial meeting can be about an hour.
We want to know about you and your travel partners. Tell us your interests, your desires for this trip, your general ages and energy levels. We want to know whether you’ve traveled before, and if so, where you went. We want to know what would make this trip perfect, or what you envision as your ideal day – because of course we’ll help you make it happen!
Then we'll put together a recommended overall itinerary that will incorporate everything you wished for, and some things we think you’d love. When you read this over, you might say “yes, this is perfect!”. Or, you might want to discuss, tweak a few things, or compare to a different possible itinerary. At the end of this phase, you’ll know what the highlights of your Italy trip are, you’ll know how long you’re spending in each place, and how you’re traveling from A to B.
We’ll include accommodation recommendations based on your preferences and your budget. We like to spend time understanding your accommodation preferences – do you like luxury hotels, farmhouses, B&Bs, boutique hotels, or villas? Do you need a concierge, an on-site restaurant, or a swimming pool? Would you like a view? (We only recommend accommodations that are available for your travel dates, so at this point, flights need to have been booked. We don’t book flights but we can help you or we can introduce you to a travel agent who can book your flights if you’d like. You then make the bookings.)
We’ll also include information for private guides, tours, and activities, which you then can book.We’ll discuss logistics with you and tell you whether to rent a car and how to do it, how to book train tickets online.
After that, we start discussing food. We’ll recommend places for lunch and dinner, as well as cafes, gelaterias, or wine bars. We are accustomed to accommodating food allergies or preferences such as gluten-free, vegetarian, vegan or kosher and can make appropriate recommendations.
And finally, we’ll send you our pre-trip checklist to make sure we can answer any questions you have about packing, technology, travel insurance, cell phones, driving, safety, maps, guidebooks, phrasebooks, and tipping.
2. The Travel Assistant
Our Travel Assistant service expands on the basics of coaching and in addition, include the following:

We'll book your accomodations according to your requests.

Book one activity per day for you, tickets to all attractions. We can also book all your modes of travel – so car rental, train tickets, or private drivers.

We’ll make one restaurant reservation for you per day, and recommend cafes, gelaterias, or wine bars.

We’ll tell you which maps you need to order for your trip and recommend guide books if you’d like.
And as with the coaching service, we’ll create a written itinerary which includes details of every day, all contact details of hotels, private guides, and drivers. It will also include hotel confirmations, car rental vouchers, train tickets and any other tickets we purchased for you.
Finally before your departure, we’ll set up a phone call to walk through your itinerary so that everything is clear.
3. The Personnal Assistant
This is our premiere full-service travel planning option and this is the service for which we are known. This is the "bells and whistles", the "all the trimmings" travel planning...more specifically, it'll be like we're there with you.
We'll not only give you all the coaching you need, but we'll also include the following:

We'll book all your accomodations, tours and private guides, tickets to attractions including modes of travel.

We’ll book lunches and dinners if you’d like, or just recommend cafes, gelaterias, or wine bars.

We’ll send you professional maps and a few other goodies that will make your trip go smoothly and we’ll create custom maps that we’ll include in your written itinerary.
Like the other programs, we’ll create a written itinerary which includes details of every day, all contact details of hotels, private guides and drivers. It will include hotel confirmations, car rental vouchers, train tickets and any other tickets we purchased for you and custom maps for each day. Before departure, we’ll set up a phone call to walk through your itinerary so that everything is clear. If you’d like, we can include historical information in your written itinerary.
